I decided to change the definition of "what's new" on the site. I was originally including everything, including new people joining, events, and directory entries. For me, as the site admin, it's nice to see everything new on the site in one shot. I started thinking, though, that normal users would be more interested in knowing when there's new discussions posted than knowing when any little thing is added anywhere. So I changed it to include just blogs, forum posts, polls, and group discussions. You can still see who's new right on the front page and upcoming events are there as well. At some point I'll get that section filled in for the area directory on the front page and that will show new additions as well as the most popular ones. If there's anything else you'd like to see that will make browsing this site easier, please let me know.

And don't forget to post, so there is something new to show. Wink

First off, I love the title of this post... I'm amused by it. Smile And I like that you changed it... Makes perfect sense. Smile-Big Hopefully I can get around to posting something soon. Wink

Posting would be good. Smile Tell us how the new job is going. Any horror stories of obnoxious callers, yet? Wink

The downside to limiting what counts as "new" is all the parks I'm working on aren't going to show up as new activity. When I get a bunch done, I'll have to write a post talking about it. Smile-Big
