It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood
Mostly sunny... 70 degrees. My favorite kind of day. The kids and I are going to hit some parks. There's still a lot of parks left in the Coulee Region to get in the directory.
Anyone else getting outside today?
Michelle

Ahhh, yes. It was a beautiful day today. I headed out and walked around for a while just to drink it in.
O'hai, btw. Sorry about the absence again.
Been just a slight bit busy lately getting my affairs in order. But not so cryptic. I have a wedding to go to at the end of the month that's about 400 miles away. Yikes, but yay! That plus I had a weekend-long date this week, so... that took some time. lol... But, umm... how are things going over there? Still a full house?
Oooh, a weekend long date? Sounds interesting.
Go anywhere nice?
No worries on the getting busy. I'm not exactly a prolific poster myself. Everything I read says if you want to get a forum going you have to do tons of posts every day but I just don't have that much to say.
I like chatting but I'm better at responding than being the first poster. I'm really probably a horrible person to try and run a forum. LOL
I'm trying to get the area directory part whipped into shape and then I'll put up some flyers. Hoping to pull people in with the information and maybe they'll stay and chat. Hmm... We need a crossing fingers icon.

Nonsense! You're doing a fabulous job running the forums so far. And the site really will get going if you do a little advertising for it. Did you know I didn't even realize how few people there were on here until I'd already done my profile and everything? The site was that good, and it's gotten better since... :D
As for the date, we hung around Riverside Park for the afternoon then came back here and watched movies til the wee hours and so on and so on... Nothing too schnazzy, but it rocked anyhow.
Aww, thanks.
I'm hoping that a little advertising will give it a kick in the pants.
Your date sounds wonderful. Brings back memories of the Days Before Kids.
