I know Holmen's MOMS Club had a babysitting co-op a while back. I don't know if it's still active or not as I heard about it when I was first doing the website some time ago. Back then, Heide H was in charge of it. If it's still around, that may be an option for you. I don't know any babysitters because my friend Laura has watched Jamie when I couldn't take him somewhere so I've been lucky in not having to find one so far.

I'll shoot Heide an email and see if she knows if the co-op is still going.

Thanks-Just let me know. I am thinking about putting an ad in the paper. We like to be able to go out once a month as a couple but can't. My mother-in-law is about 2.5 hrs away so she is good for weekend away time but not just for two hours or so.

If you don't mind coming to La Crosse, I would be willing to be "Babysitter" once a month on the weekend. I'm open on the weekend and I still have openings on the weekend. I do close at 12:30 am though I would be willing like I said.. to Babysit later once a month as long as you either come by Taxi to pick them up, have a designated driver, or just don't drink. I'm a licensed and certified Daycare Provider. I'm not really looking for more placements (I'm full during the week anyway), but like I said, would be willing to do that.
