Well for now my insurance is going to pay the bill. He doesn't seem to be too bad of a guy. I looked him up on the internet and he only has a couple of things on him. My dear hubby did the same thing before we met.. he drove without insurance and license.... said the reason was cause the accident he had to pay for wasn't his fault (well they decided it was his and he wasn't so stubborn anymore after he met me....lol.. I like walking on the right side of the law.... laws are there for a reason. Anyway, I feel for the guy cause now he has this big thing hanging over his head and if he thought he didn't have enough money before, well he really doesn't now. I do NOT feel sorry for drunk drivers though. I had one hit me before too, but he took off and was never found and my car never got fixed cause I had a thousand Dollar deductible (changed that in a hurry..lol). I'm just glad I wasn't in the car when he hit it.
