I'm guessing if you just walked up and said you wanted a tour they'd laugh.
This was a group tour for MOMS Club of Holmen. I think they do tours for schools, too.
The reason it goes to La Crosse is that is where they have the sorting equipment. The other post offices basically just collect mail, deliver mail, and sell stamps.
