My friend, who had been here many times before, and I stopped here for lunch a while back. I made the mistake of bringing the stroller which didn't work well going up the steep steps to get in but we managed. I wouldn't try it in a wheelchair, though. The restaurant is small but wasn't terribly busy. It took longer than I liked for someone to take our order but I was surprised to have the food come out within a couple minutes of ordering. So it probably wasn't any longer of a wait between arrival and eating than in other restaurants where you order right away and then have to wait for the food. Ordering was strange because there's no menus and they don't write it down. They tell you what they have that day and you pick and they go off and make it. When it's time to pay, you go up and tell them what you had. That was a new experience for me but I suppose it works well for a small town restaurant where they probably know everyone who comes in. Overall, it was a nice place with friendly people and I'd recommend it if you happen to be in Galesville for lunch.
